Gerds Fishpasta Golden fishpan Fishballs

Golden fishpan                        4 port.

500g fillet of Cod

1 leed, thinly sliced

2 carrots, finly grated

2 tbs of butter

2 dl fishbouillon

1-2 tbs fresh lemon juice

1 dl crème fraiche or cream

½-1tsp salt

1/4 lemon or blackpepper

Serve with:

boiled potatoes and mixed sallad.

 

Instructions:

1. Fry leeks and carrots in the butter in a wide pan, without giving it any colour.

2. Cut the fish in pieces, season with salt and pepper.

3. Add the bouillon, lemon juice and crème fraiche or cream to the pan. Stir and put in the fish. Let it simmer under a lid, 5-10 min, until the fish is white.

3. Serve with the potatoes and sallad.
