Gerds Fishpasta 4-5port
with Cod or Saithe
25g butter or margarin
1 yellow onion
400g minced fish fileet, cod or prefer. Saithe
1 fishbouillon
1 can of mushrooms (ca 115g) in water
1 can of mussels(ca 150g), can be left out
1 tsp grinded nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1½ dl liquid of mussels + and mushrooms
1½ tbs flour
1½ dl crème fraiche
1/4 tsp whitepepper
Directions:
1. Peel and dice the onion.
2. Drain the mushrooms and mussels. Save the liquid.
3. Mince the fishfileets in the mixer.
4. Frie the onion until soft and add the mincedfish. Let it fry until cooked (whiten)
5. Add the mushrooms and the bouillong.
6. Sprinkle with flour and add the liquid, stir.
7. Let the sause come to boil while stirring and let it boil for appr. 3 min.
8. Add the crème fraiche and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
9. Add the mussels.
10. Serve the sause with pasta penne, or some other pasta.
