Fishballs

500 g fillet of fish (Seith, Cod or Haddock)

½ dl breadcrumbs

1 large onion

1 egg

1 tbs mayonnais

1 tbs mustard

½ tsp salt

Gör så här:

1. Mince the fish in a mixer

2. Mix all the ingredients to a batter.

3. Make small, flat balls and fry in butter.

Serve with boild potatoes, melted butter and dill.
